A lovely Madison bungalow full of character. The kitchen lacked functionality and the materials were not holding up. Its space was crowded by an unused second staircase that was once a service access. Removing the staircase and an awkwardly placed peninsula opened up the kitchen, allowed for an island and improved flow. The arched opening to the kitchen echoes the home's other original arches.
