We collaborate with builders, contractors, and skilled trades, but we do not serve as the general contractor or manage day-to-day construction activities on site. Instead, we provide ongoing design oversight, answer questions as they arise, conduct site visits, and work alongside your project team to help ensure the design is executed as intended.
We also focus exclusively on interior design rather than hands-on home organizing. However, we incorporate clever storage solutions, custom cabinetry, and functional layouts that support a home that feels organized and effortless to live in. When additional services are needed, we're always happy to recommend trusted professionals from our network.

By becoming involved early, we can review plans, refine layouts, guide architectural and finish selections, and establish a cohesive design vision before key decisions are finalized. Early collaboration also allows us to work seamlessly alongside your architect, builder, and trades, ensuring every detail is considered in relation to the whole.

To provide the level of service and attention to detail that defines Studio Villa, we typically become involved before construction begins. Starting early allows us to thoughtfully develop the design, coordinate with your project team, and ensure every decision contributes to a cohesive and well-executed home.
For this reason, we generally do not join projects that are already in progress. While we understand that design needs can arise midway through a renovation, our process is intentionally structured to support projects from the earliest planning stages through completion.
